Also during December, stock levels in Perth experienced an 11% decline with 13,883 listings on the market.
If stock levels continue to declined, this will be very positive towards prices increasing in 2017.
Geraldton will also start to experience the effects of what is happening in Perth.
We also experienced increased traffic through our previous weekend open for inspections – unusual as it is generally quieter during this holiday period – which is another positive sign buyer’s are becoming more active.
