Why?
Not only is the weather warming up, so will the buyers as we swiftly approach the end of the year.
September, October and November tend to gain buyer momentum as buyers start planning for the coming year!

August has been a month where our lower end of the market properties have gone ‘under offer’.
We have also had some disappointing valuations come through that have declined deals that we have worked hard to put together.
The valuers in Geraldton don’t have positive feedback when conducting the valuations.
