It is with great excitement that Geraldton Property Team announce that they have acquired the Prime Property Business.
Prime Property opened doors in Geraldton in January 2009 by Bek & Oscar D’Souza, and the business soon gained momentum by identifying a market niche and aiming a business strategy in that direction. Fueling the story, The D’Souza’s attempted this business concept in a new town, knowing no one, leaving their Perth families to start their own in Geraldton, not a dime in the bank, and wait – in the eye of the (now) well known Global Financial Crisis.
And if they had their time again, THEY WOULDN’T CHANGE A THING.
With what they have learned in 5 or so years – without question the most challenging 5 years together as a couple and now family – the journey has led them to now selling their successful and reputable Prime Property business to another reputable local real estate office – The Geraldton Property Team.
As part of the dealing, Oscar & his property management team will merge with the Geraldton Property Team business under the one roof at Suite 1 – 30 Chapman Road, Geraldton – Geraldton’s brand new commercial complex in the centre of Geraldton.
Oscar has been appointed the General Manager of the Geraldton Property Team.
Geraldton Property Team is going from strength to strength in a very ‘challenging market’.
