Geraldton came ‘alive’ last weekend with the BIG Triple J concert in Geraldton!!
There was an estimated 15,000 people that came to town for the show.
The concert was broadcasted ‘live’ from Geraldton which was heard nationally!
This event certainly put Geraldton on the map which is very exciting!!
April has been a good month for sales.
There seems to be a bit more buyer momentum, however buyers are still hunting for the bargains!!
If the price is attractive, properties are selling.
It is not a quiet market.
Last week in Geraldton, 30th March – 5th April there were 13 sales.
Out of the 13 sales, there was only one block of land sold in Waggrakine.
The figures for this week are yet to be sent through from REIWA.
We are out in force this weekend conducting 8 home opens on Sunday.
We find that the ‘directional signs’ with the home open times that we put out on Saturday are effective in attracting potential buyers through our home opens.
Again, we can’t reiterate enough that ‘price’ is crucial in the current market so when we suggest a price adjustment, it is not because we want to reduce the price of your biggest asset, we need to keep you informed of where the prices are in the current market , if you are motivated to sell.
